The capsule was initially created on a lathe and was further developed into a small sculpture through extended manual work.
One number is enough because no further explanation is required. Just as art demands, it serves no purpose other than to please people. The capsules shown in the collection come with a certificate and a matching base which does not always match the photo. The organically abstract shapes are reminiscent of creatures from the deep sea, shells, seeds, pods and more. Each piece is unique and ideally becomes a fine art collection.
Capsule 1072 is made of pear tree and treated with fine wax. The scope of delivery includes a certificate with the work number 1072. The capsule is 18 long x 10 x 8 cm in diameter and is fixed on a base made of bog oak which can also be removed if desired. The total weight is 289 grams. The signet roko (Roland Kopfer) is burned into the inside.
