Capsule #798
I call them capsules, these turned and carved objects. Each capsule is unique and, as is common in art, has no purpose except that you like it. Nice for those who build a collection with it, because more of these small sculptures follow that take up very little space and fit well in a display case or shelves. In my opinion, this capsule is a juniper, because the scent and the color of the wood make me conclude. It has the shape of a small vase. Only the spherical part is treated with wax, the upper and inner part is left raw so that the wonderful scent of the needle family can still be perceived.
A thorn made of brass is incorporated and so the object can be stuck in the corresponding base made of ash. My signature is branded, see photo. This lightweight weighs only 157 grams. H:14cm W:13 T:7,5 cm
