Capsule 1075
The capsule was initially created on a lathe and was further developed into a small sculpture through extended manual work.
One number is enough because no further explanation is required. Just as art demands, it serves no purpose other than to please people. The capsules shown in the collection come with a certificate and a matching base which does not always match the photo. The organically abstract shapes are reminiscent of creatures from the deep sea, shells, seeds, pods and more. Each piece is unique and ideally becomes a fine art collection.
Capsule 1075 is made from the mystical wood of a yew tree. The traces of the knife blade are visible. When treated with a linseed oil mixture, the colors of the yew tree become particularly noticeable. 366 grams 17.5 x 11 D x 6.5 diameter cm are the dimensions without the base.
