This abstract work is created with acrylics on paper , using a very fluid mix of 'pastel' color range . The acrylic paint has feel, look and texture similar to watercolor with a matt finish result.
Each color is applied with great care in rows and columns and in a very thin mixture, the colors overlap each other at right angles one at a time leaving long parallel brushstrokes resulting in very soft and delicate texture.
Colors are applied in multiple thin semi-transparent layers allowing the previous ones underneath to be visible, like a glaze but with a matt finish.

This painting is 50x70 cm on 170gsm acid free art paper and it is unframed,
it has a 2cm unpainted white border all around it .(It would fit well on an A1 frame as it is smaller.)
