Original artwork description:

I love hearing and seeing the canada geese in the fields by the canal. This painting of the goose in flight by the reeds depicts autumn for me.

I start the canvas with a rough pencil sketch and then I add the coloured paper before building up the layers with acrylic paint. The last thing I add are the embellishments of thread, beads, buttons and glitter to pick out or highlight certain areas.
