From a series of images shot in Cambodia in 2013. Most of the images in the series speak for themselves but this images shot in the Killing Fields of Phnom Penh, without knowledge is aesthetically pleasing with the colourful bracelets hanging of its bark. But they have been left in memory of the children who were picked up by their feet and swung against this tree to kill them before they were thrown into mass graves. The Khmer Rouge and Pol Pot thought bullets were too expensive to use to kill them.
