This piece has been made from a selection of vintage maps of California. Each of the dots is carefully selected for its colour and pattern. Each piece of map is hand bonded onto wood, pressed and then laser cut into shape.
Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Hollywood, Fresno..... all the main landmarks and cities California is famous for, captured in an artwork.
The piece comes ready framed in a white box frame with a museum-quality UV perspex glaze to protect the artwork from fade.
