Original artwork description:

Breaking away from food for the moment but keeping my graphic art style, my new series of paintings is of plants, specifically cacti and succulents. I've always loved cactus plants. I guess because they're easy to care for and look cool.

But over the last few years I swear I've seen more and more shops in London stocking cacti and succulents. They seem to be enjoying something of a resurface in popularity so I wanted to try to paint a few in my usual style. Rather than realism I prefer the boldness of classic pop art and graphic design.

It is painted in acrylics and Posca paint pen on thick high quality A3 paper.

PLEASE NOTE: the painting doesn't come framed, but I've taken photos of it in a white A3 frame for display purposes.
Size -
11.69 x 16.54 inches
29.7 cm x 42 cm
Roughly 1mm thick

I've been inspired to create work like this by classic pop artists like Andy Warhol, and Patrick Caulfield, but also by modern graphic designers.

Postage will be first class in a cardboard envelope.

Materials used:

Acrylic Paint, Paintbrush
