Last summer I set out on an ongoing series of paintings inspired by the many different activities, occupations and pastimes enjoyed by those living and working around our well known National Trust commons in The Cotswolds - Rodborough, Selsey and Minchinhampton which I can see from the window of my studio.

This is a painting from that series. It is framed in a simple ''shabby chic'' distressed white stained wooden moulding and is ready to hang.
