Gathering together some colours that reflected the rich colours of Byzantium I reflected on the changes in societies over the centuries, the vortex of time, but still retained the beauty of colours I see in Turkish art today. I used pure gold leaf to enhance a few aspects of the painting. It is professionally framed in a minimalist float frame, giving you a clean, contemporary look to your piece of art.
