An original watercolour painting by Samantha Adams .
To paint I must first observe ,taking in the feeling and energy of the place and light.
I felt wonderful and lucky to be in such a wonderful setting .Amongst nature 'Rushy pond' is an ancient pond on Black Heath in Dorset and running along side it is the old Roman road that stretches all the way to Bournemouth.
My feelings and thoughts about Rushy pond inspired me to create a monochrome in Watercolour.
