As printmaking is a handmade process there will be slight variations in the prints.

A Collagraph print is one made from a plate with different textures. The printing plate is curved on the top left hand side is this shape as this is the shape of the card that I was using. I didn't want to square it off as I think it adds to the quirkiness of the print. The process is a combination of intaglio and relief.

I have added a little bit of watercolour to the print just for further definition.
