This new series of collages are created from an antique hymn book pages from the 1800's. The last picture shows the Hymn book of which they came from. The pages are very old and fragile with all the beautiful antique coloration of it's age. The butterflies are from a tiny antique Bible that was so old it was missing most of it's pages. They are hand painted in watercolor to pop a bit away from the music sheet. I really enjoy creating these and I hope that you will enjoy them too. These would make a perfect gift for the butterfly lover!

This is an original collage that comes to you already in a custom hand painted vintage mat for a unique aged look.
