A"Chicken bus" is an old american school bus which has been colourfully painted on the outside and transports goods - specifically Chickens and Passengers between communities in various Latin American countries.

This photograph was taken at a bus stop while traveling from El Salvador to Honduras. During long distance journey, local mayan people sell snacks and local produce both through the windows of the bus along with coming on board briefly.
