These butterflies burst forth from the bottom of the mount spilling over the edge. You can look at this piece from any angle and see new shades and shadows. The box frame allows butterflies to be carefully layered, and for their raised wings to create movement.

Every butterfly is painted cut, folded and glued with precision.
