Original artwork description:

This small painting shows a woman's side face with closed eyes and raised flowing hair.

I have used graphite to sketch the initial image, then worked thin layers of Winsor & Newton professional acrylic paint in Burnt Sienna for the hair. The skin tones are Buff Titanium, White and finally Gold Leaf surrounds her head. Little spots of colour are painted onto the gold leaf area at her nape to signify smouldering desire.

My signature and date is on the front of the canvas and details are also written on the reverse of the canvas board.
The painting measures 8 x 8 inches and is protected with layers of Archival Gloss varnish.

Available unframed -
I believe a buyer might prefer to choose his/her own frame - but I will attach small hangers onto the reverse so you may hang it without having it framed. These are every easily removed should you decide to have it framed later to suit your decor.

The artwork will be sent to you, wrapped in acid-free tissue, carefully packed and sent by tracked delivery. I always include a Certificate of Authenticity with my artworks.
