Original artwork description:

The 'Burning River' is a landscape painting of the river near my home in South Africa. I made use of warm colour tones, free brushstokes and a touch of palette knife to place thick sections of oil paint on the canvas.

It is a striking impressionistic/ abstract style painting that was liberating and a joy to create!

This piece would make a great conversation starter in any room.
