Artwork description:

Bur Oak/Sandhill Crane/Box Turtle/Morel
There's a lot of flora and fauna here in Wisconsin, and are some of the state's best attributes. These images were inspired by some tiles my parents brought back from a trip overseas, on which the animal images were more caricatures than accurate; often fanciful. I've stuck a bit more to realism for these, but the feeling is similar.

This artwork is hand printed from a linoleum block (plate) on archival printmaking paper, using oil-based ink. The linoleum block is hand cut. 1 color. Maximum image size: 9" x 9" Overall paper size: 10" x 10"

This edition is limited to 50 copies, and each print is numbered, titled and signed by the artist. Each print is considered an original, and can vary slightly from the others. 2019

My print(s) are carefully packaged between multiple sheets of cardboard, matboard and padding, insured to the value of the artwork, and shipped via USPS.

Francis Stanton retains all copyright to the artwork. The copyright does not transfer with the sale of this print.
