Original artwork description:

Original pen and ink drawing, with watercolour wash of a pair of Bulldogs. This drawing was made in October 2017, using 300g watercolour paper, Indian ink, plus watercolours for a hint of colour. This is a lively, gestural and expressive drawing with line variations created by the use of a variety of traditional dip pens and pencil, this gives the Artwork a fresh and immediate style where my 'working out' can be seen and enjoyed.

My simple ink drawings remain the backbone of my work and I will always return to them as they are often the basis and the inspiration for new work and ideas.

Materials used:

200gsm Cartridge paper, Artists quality coloured pencils and Indian ink
