Original artwork description:

This is a mixed media painting of a bull terrier on a H36" x W24" deep edge stretched canvas.
I love abstract paintings and in this artwork I have attempted to make the surface and contents of the canvas hold more interest than my usual pieces. I am really enjoying the effects oil pastels and charcoal can create in my work while still keeping the subject matter as realistic as I can.
I also have a 'thing' for bunting! It just looks so cheerful and makes me feel happy.
This painting has been sealed with fixative and matt glaze and is ready to hang, the edges are painted in a light grey/blue.
