From my 'local landscapes' series, Buckingham Palace seen from the Mall.
I love the colour of The Mall and only recently found out that the surface of The Mall is coloured red to give the effect of a giant red carpet leading up to Buckingham Palace. This colour was obtained using synthetic iron oxide pigment.
Although sold unframed, I may be able to include a basic white frame at cost price to UK customers if interested.
