A recent painting on cradled wood panel in acrylics. This one is bold and flamboyant; painted in a slightly off-beat way using multiple layers and creamy texture.
Her large eyes seem to twinkle with mischief; her deep red-brown coat is rich and vibrant. I hope to have captured the essence of the animal in this quirky portrait.

It has been done on a cradled wood panel. The painting extends to the sides eliminating the need to frame.
