Part of a series of two paintings. Lovely warming portrait of a woman with her hand resting on her face in a moment of release. Painted using acrylic with a bronze metallic leaf finish in the background, drawing out the pink and purple tones in the skin and hair. Created using a very fine brush to achieve the detailing and shadows. I have used black and white inks to draw an intricate floral pattern on top of the shining bronze light of the background, which creates a unique effect from different viewpoints.

Framed in a 38mm wide frame with a modern scooped profile with a matt black smooth painted finish, Crystal clear 2mm acrylic glazing. Shatter proof and 20% clearer than glass. The painting is signed on the front and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity attached to the back of the frame. The frame is complete with an acid free double mount and backing board, which protects the artwork.
