Broken Space is an abstract painting making use of (almost) an optical illusion to generate a space. Upon closer inspection, the space is not completely flat and regular, but has some irregularities that contrast the high level of abstraction of the painting, making it more lively and graspable. The size, and choice of patterns and color make it an eye-popping and vibrant art work.
