Original artwork description:
This is an evening scene in the town where I live. It was worked up from an on site sketch during the day and then later worked into an evening scene. In the painting is the Jetty and the Old Lifeboat House, now a shop , storeroom and gallery. Also on the hill is Bleak House where Charles Dickens is said to have written David Copperfield during one of his frequent stays.

Top quality non fade pigments were used in this watercolour on heavyweight rag paper. I usually frame this size 16 x 20 in which is a standard size sold ready made in several stores.
