Original artwork, hand painted cyanotype print.

Cyanotype is a photographic printing process that uses sunlight to expose photosensitive paper.

This series uses paper prepared in a dark room, exposed with a detailed arrangement of pressed flowers and negatives from my flower library. The final cyanotype forms the base of an original painting.

Every print is unique and builds on the print before, so forming a series of original works with cohesion.
