This bright, confident woman emanated a strong, positive energy. I imagined she would dance to her own tune. Charlotte was her name. I think I have captured the elements of her qualities I felt were present at the time.

My painting is an absolutely spontaneous impression of Charlotte, expressed with colours and dynamic movement in an abstract manner.

Materials used:

Acrylic paints on double primed artists' canvas. Un-stretched. There is ample fabric to wrap around a timber frame. Ask your local framer to stretch it over a timber frame. No additional frame is needed.
