Original watercolour painting, view on famous bridge 25 de Abril in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a suspension bridge connecting the city of Lisbon to the municipality of Almada on the left (south) bank of the Tejo river. It was built by the American Bridge Company which constructed the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge, but not the Golden Gate. With a total length of 2,277 m, it is the 27th largest suspension bridge in the world. When you get to the bridge by car or bus it has a very nice view on the old houses in centre of Lisbon. But on this picture is portrayed a view to Almada with a great monument of Jesus Christ - The Christ the King statue in the left upper corner of the picture.
