Breathing. Living with PTSD is not easy and so far breathing is my best relaxation therapy I found. My dreams are reminders of my troubled past and my days are filled with breathing and creating sessions.

My dreams are always filled with vivid dreams and difficult moments and today I need to breath to calm me down. While creating this painting I was in my “secure bubble” and very relax. I called it” Breathing”.

This artwork is painted on a solid birch panel. The panel has a natural wood depth of 1.0 inches. It is 'ready to hang' and does not require a frame, although it can be beautifully framed in a 'floating' frame. This painting is made with professional acrylic paint, charcoal, spray paint and collage on professional artist wood panel of 1 inch thick. The sides are painted with a white wash. Glossy varnish will be applied prior to shipping.

The artwork will be carefully packaged, wrapped in glassine paper, surrounded by multiple layers of bubble wrap, and then securely placed in a box or crate.
