This uplifting painting is full of movement and light. It depicts an abstract sunrise. I used both brush and palette knife to create layers of colour. I've used contrasting colours to pull attention to a bold strip through the center of this artwork, as if something is beyond and trying to reach us.

This painting is textured and has gold highlights to catch the sunshine.
