One of a kind semi-abstract artwork done in acrylics on gallery-wrapped canvas. Has a visible, beautiful texture and outstanding colour harmony.
Alice in Wonderland was one of my favourite books, when I was a kid. Surreal and absurd nature of things there just took my breath away from the very first time I read it. "Breakfast with Alice" is my fantasy about what it would be like to spend time in the place that is only half real and the other half of it is balancing on the edge of reason. The tea pot and mug is inspired by the tea party - one of the most in infamous episodes in the book. And of course the egg on the very edge of the table is an allusion to Humpty Dumpty.
So much in this still life is symbolic and dear to my heart.

IMPORTANT: To ship the canvas I remove it from the bars and ship it in the tube. When received you just have to take it to your local framers to get it stretched on the bars again.
