Original artwork description:

"Bread, Pepper, Wine" is a small, intimate painting on linen painted in what is called a poster study style. It is a more abstracted version of a traditional painting where color notes are more important than a fully rendered painting.

I primarily paint small, intimate works as they can be placed in any setting and are priced for affordability.

This comes unframed but should fit in a standard frame. One way that I often display my work is with a beautiful mat and then framed giving the piece more presence. For a more casual look I like to sit an unframed piece up on a shelf or side table.

People describe my work as calming and soothing the soul. I hope each of my pieces does that for you.

The painting will be varnished, wrapped in waxed paper, and packing material to prevent damage. I try to use recycled materials whenever possible in shipping.

Because all computer screens are calibrated differently, colors may differ on different monitors. Most paintings have much more nuanced colors in person. I want you to be totally happy with your paintings, so of course, if you aren't, you are welcome to return it.

International buyers accept responsibility for tariffs, customs, and all other fees.

"Red Onion" is a sweet miniature portrait of an allium. Many food historians, archaeologists, and botanists believe came from central Asia. This is one of 3 miniature framed 'portraits' - the other two are of a lemon and an apple.

I primarily paint small, intimate works as they can be placed in any setting and are priced for affordability.

This comes framed with an easel back, but also has a small loop which will allow this work to be hung.

People describe my work as calming and soothing the soul. I hope each of my pieces does that for you.
