An English countryside landscape scene of memories of the high moorland tops and summits of the Forest of Bowland or Bowland Fells at the east edge of the Pennine mountains of Lancashire England, with its flat rolling hills and treeless purple heather grouse moors with swirling blue mists and moody light on an atmospheric misty morning. In this moody atmospheric painting I have tried to convey the atmosphere and mood of the Painted in a minimalist abstract impressionist style in muted blue grey and yellow colours.
Painted using quality artists paint on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
