While on the subject of "Rues de la France; Tres Charmant", I could not wait to paint this little scene!!!! Truth be told, I used UBER artistic license, here, by "melanging" a Fleuriste from Paris' St Germain, with the Facade of a Lovely Florist is Provence.... I love using a bit from here, and another from there; (cafes, or shops that do not really reside side by side,) to create the perfect French a Street Scene... Sitting snugly between a Patisserie, and a boutique touting "Decoration du Maison", the lineup is one that typifies a street in any French town... The canvas is painted around the edges, so that it can be hung unframed...
