BORN IN THE 18th CENTURY (STUDIO 2) is a shot from the series "Tuscany shades" from my collection TUSCANY: LAND OF SOUL.
This photo was taken in the Val d’Orcia region.
The Val d'Orcia is a wide countryside in southern Tuscany, the region where I live.
Its green hills are characterized by a dense vegetation, dotted with vineyards, olive groves, cypresses, beech and chestnut groves, a backdrop of marvelous castles, medieval villages and rural houses.
Since 2004 the Val d'Orcia is in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
