Original artwork description:

Inspired by a French country interior, where light is infused from the tall, elegant windows with traditional espagnolette. Lime-washed walls, aged by a patina of their own, provide the perfect background to the still-life which make up the interior. Use of a palette knife to introduce a small degree of texture adds both depth and interest.

This painting is sold unframed but is suitable to do so should you wish. I do not varnish my paintings , as I prefer the slightly chalky look of the oils as laid down. If you would like it varnished before sending, I can do so at no extra cost.

The painting is signed, dated and titled on the reverse and initialled on the front.

I ship internationally using an insured, tracked and signed for service. Please note that payment of import duty/tax is the responsibility of the buyer.
