I created the work with the technique of oil colour on canvas, I use oil colour by diluting it a lot, then I superimpose many very thin layers of colour to create the effects I want.

I depicted many soap bubbles and imagined them flying over a relaxing green.
This work is part of the series COGLI L'ATTIMO and is the 29th.
I wish in this series to express the concept of appreciating what one has, of enjoying every moment that life offers us, before it is too late.
In the 17th century soap bubbles in the pictorial genre VANITAS were a symbol of the transience of life and the transience of earthly goods.

Soap bubbles take me back to happy moments of my childhood and I can still smell them and remember the many times the bottle fell to the ground interrupting the magical moment

The work does not have a frame so that the bubbles can fly free!
