Original artwork description:

"BOBI", a zany character who seems to harangue the crowd while dodging a dance step (which seems to leave the visitor perplexed), was built by the artist using pieces of recovered metal welded together, concretising this biped straight from elsewhere with the precision of a jeweller.
Véronique Kadry, from the Maison Dauphine gallery in Aix-en-Provence, writes: "No bronze or marble for Jean-Luc Lacroix, but the search for a transmutation of the object and the material, an alchemy of reality. "
Dimensions of the sculpture: 72x38x23cm, with welded recycled steel.
