Original artwork description:

I was inspired to create this painting when I saw the photograph my daughter had taken while visiting this beautiful place in France. The vivid color of the boats and the reflections drew me in. I hope you might be curious enough about the historical building in the distance to take a stroll down the pier for a visit.

I painted this scene as I try to do in all of my paintings which is to create a realistic impression rather try to duplicate the reference photo.

This painting is framed this painting in a very nice espresso wooden frame with warm undertones and a gold fillet. It is ready for hanging and eager to find a place in your home.
