Original artwork description:
This view was painted on the north side of the pier at Tynemouth looking towards the boathouse of Tynemouth Sailing club in October.
The painting was started on location and then the heavens opened and my painting session was rained off. Luckily I'd taken a couple of reference images beforehand and so it was completed back at my studio.
