Painted 'en plein air' in spring 2022 in a beautiful private woodland just when the native bluebells were in full bloom. This woodland is incredibly inspiring and a favourite painting spot for me to visit throughout the year. I painted this piece one sunny morning and all I could here were the birds and buzzing from the bees.
