This painting is one in a series of English landscape paintings, looking at a year in Kent , where I live and work.

Bluebells are coming up in woods and copses around my home, it's very beautiful to see a wood carpeted with with these iconic and gorgeous wild flowers.

I use top quality Golden acrylic paints to create a rich, highly pigmented paint surface and I work in may layers to build up colours and colour complexity.

This 40x100cm painting is unframed. It has white painted edges and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
