Collagraph print
This image was drawn directly onto a card from a life drawing class.
A series of 5, 2 minute life drawings drawn onto card. They were then worked on adding lots of textures using tape, scratching, tearing and modelling paste. The collage is then sealed reading for printing.
I have named this picture the blue wall as it when it was printed it looks almost as if the figures are carved from stone.
Printed on 250gsm cartridge paper .
A Collagraph print is one made from a plate with different textures. The printing plate is made from mount board. The process is a combination of intaglio and relief.
This artwork is sold unframed
