Original artwork description:

A serene landscape, cool and soothing. I created this monotype on a very large home made gellatine plate. I had to work fast to prevent the paint from drying. This keeps me alert and makes me work more intuïtively.
The monotype is ready to place in a frame with glass of your own choice.
Printing gives me the pleasure of surprise. It always turns out different than expected. This triggers new ideas. My monoprints often consist of multiple layers of paint printed on top of each other. After the printing process I also draw or paint on the prints again.
