Blue Maiden is my sixth painting in my series of abstract artworks inspired by my love of acrylic pouring with blue and shades of blue that the white will create. Blue Maiden was created using white to contrast with the blue.

Contrasting colours often mix into mud, but as I do in all my paintings, in order to create a lasting visual impression, hours of practice are needed to maintain a good amount of visible blue which looks great with the bright red.

Art buyers (and art lovers) will see symbolic references to prominent 21st century abstract painters as I offer homage to their artistic vision through my own art.

The 9 x 12 inch original painting on canvas has been sold to a lady in Bristol, UK.

SIGNATURE: Each piece is signed and dated on the back by the artist including a certificate of authenticity.

SHIPPING: All paintings are packaged extremely carefully, fully protected in boxes and bubble wrapped. The shipping cost does not include custom charges or tax outside the UK.

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS: Limited to 25 prints on 300 gsm matte paper. The total paper size is A4 with a 5 mm bleed surround. Signed and numbered on the back including a certificate of authenticity attached.
