With a strong 'sense of scape', Paul has used a depth of memory of wonderful atmospheric days in the Hebrides and Devon and Cornwall to paint Blue Imbue. With loose palette knife swathes of colour and subtle blends of soft colour there is a luminance and atmosphere about the painting. Paul also uses underlying texture to lay the colour on to give areas of the painting some relief and a rugged appearance. A tray frame is available on application in white or black. The painting is sold unframed with a complementary edge paint colour on it's 4cm depth.
