I love the blue hour around dusk and just before it gets darker in the evenings.
It brings out the colours of the night and the brilliant blue contrasts beautifully with that most distinguishable colour of the urban night, orange as well as making other colours subtle, flat and quite alluring.
This is Uplands a hip area of Swansea, approaching Uplands from Uplands Crescent.
