30x40" Ready to hang if shipped within the US; for other destinations will be shipped as a canvas roll in durable cardboard tube; made from my recent photos of Monterey taken last November - this was an intimidating seascape due to the various shades of turquoise blue and green and the sparkling early afternoon light and the transparent water; i waited a few months before working up the courage to tackle it. I work without drawings to save time - this painting took me about 3 days to finish. The light on the wet mossy rocks which are a mix of green and brown was an interesting contrast to the blues - the water has this unique steely blue color in Monterey that always makes the seascapes more interesting but also challenging..
