Original artwork description:

An original ethnic art sculpture, Chat bleu numero 2 is part of the CalbinoOz series, made from calabash wood combined with modelled surfine wood cellulose.
The piece has been meticulously painted with a dry brush in several coats, then glazed to give it a very specific ceramic finish that blends in with the lightly tinted and glazed calabash wood.
The seeds of the calabash having been removed so that the sculpture could be sent abroad if necessary, the sculpture became lightweight and was mounted on a small homemade wooden base for added stability.
