Original artwork description:

I painted this on a warm day in the Norfolk Broads.
It shows a Cornish blue crabbing boat, at rest with its sails furled and an envious onlooker and his dog, dreaming about the boats past adventures.

I was so glad to have found this traditional timber boat, among the more modern white leisure boats on the Broads.
